I went to Roxberry today (September 6, 2025) around 7:20 PM and waited more than 30 minutes in the drive-thru for just two juices. Eventually, I went inside, and the store was completely empty. There were three employees there. When I asked for a refund, the cashier tried but couldn’t complete it. Either way, it shows a lack of training and poor customer service. Employees close 15 months before restaurant hours which end at 10 pm!
