I've only been here twice and both times my smoothie was super chunky. Nobody wants to sip on frozen chunks of fruit in every sip.
Wow, I cannot believe I haven’t had Roxberry before. My wife and I decided to try it out after dinner and I am so glad we did. I ordered the blues raspberry one and my wife got the mango smooth and it was out of this world. I’ve had smoothies at Jamba Juice before which was good but Roxberry in my opinion taste better. The flavor was incredible and it even had chunks of fruit in there. I even added a shot of whey protein and multi vitamins which was a nice option to have. I went to Roxberry today (September 6, 2025) around 7:20 PM and waited more than 30 minutes in the drive-thru for just two juices. Eventually, I went inside, and the store was completely empty. There were three employees there. When I asked for a refund, the cashier tried but couldn’t complete it. Either way, it shows a lack of training and poor customer service.
