I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your store . First, I was given the wrong order, when I ask for 24oz Sweet Brazilian , the stuff make 16oz and said I told him the wrong order???. which was already frustrating. When I tried providing my phone number(loyalty number) , the staff kept laughing instead of assisting me properly. Their behavior was highly unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for customers.
gave me a disgusting watered down smoothie, wtf?? Protein berry with whey and it was like they threw some water and protein powder together. What a joke lol, whenever I go to the Lindon location it’s thick and cold. Are the employees high?
