Went and picked up dinner and apparently they left the plastic in the food. Called didn’t seem like they could care less

Super disappointed in the food and service. Called ahead a to go order and she said it would be 10 minutes. Got there in 10 minutes and stood and waited another 18 minutes to get my food. Watched a waitress put her bare hands all over my salad after touching and wiping her hands on numerous things like the fridges and dirty plates. When we got home our food was soggy and tasted awful :( I had heard many good things and hope this isn’t how things are normally run.
