Roxanne told the home owner I was denied 4 days before I was officially told. I was mislead by her associates into paying for appraisals and repairs telling me I was good as approved up until the homeowner a stranger called and told me MY loan was denied. And thats 1 of the dishonest unprofessional things they put me thru out of many others. Dont even consider her. She's in it to make her and her friends money. Thats the number one priority. Doesn't matter who gets ripped off in the process..
Have bought and sold multiple properties and Roxanne and Bob are hands down the best we have used. They are very upfront and honest people who helped us relocate from multiple states away. They treat you like true friends. Thanks Roxanne and Bob we are loving our new Home!
