Overall, I had a very poor experience. I struggled to receive timely communication for a quote. I had to follow up more than once to receive pricing for my event. As we got closer to the date of the event, I reached out to confirm the menu, the final guest count and ask what the expected time of arrival would be. I felt that this should have been initiated by the caterer. I was informed she would arrive no later than 2pm. Just has Roxanne's cater an event this weekend and could not be more impressed. I was blown away by the amount of professionalism from everyone on the staff and Roxanne had every single detail was done with perfection. The food was amazing! Would highly recommend!
