I was extremely pleased. The doctor provided great assistance to my teenage daughter last school year whom had an Ingrown Toenail and Dr. Burgess was great at explaining every aspect of the procedure she would be having. I also had a procedure done years ago which is the reason I chose her a second time for emergency care for my teen. She's one of the best. Office Staff is very unprofessional. Dr Burgess, could do better by hiring real office professionals, not incompetent workers that does not know how to handle certain situations. I believed that patients and customers should be treated with compassion and respect just as the doctor would treat a patient. These people represent Dr. Burgess they do not understand that being unprofessional and disrespecting patients is a way to handle a upset client , patient or customer. I really like the fact that you can get an appointment right away. Dr Burgess gets me in and out and its not like other offices where you have to sit and wait for an hour before being seen. The staff is every helpful and out going. Anyone looking for a foot doctor should call her, 704-504-1004.

Never got to see the doctor, their office management leaves something to be desired. Not on time and I believe they put people in front that had later appts. Little to no excuses. Only One Doctor in the office , I had a 930am appt. and waited to 10:15, they were having people wait in the rooms for 25 to 30 minutes. I wouldn't have been seen till 10:45. I asked for my copay back and cancelled my appt.
