I ordered flowers for a funeral that were never delivered. I never even received a call that the order was not going to be fulfilled so that I could order flowers from another florist. I did receive a confirmation of the order when purchased, so I would recommend calling to make sure they are actually going to fulfill your order or you’ll be left with nothing. Couldn’t be more disappointed.
What I ordered last year and what they delivered were totally different arrangements. I found out because a photo of the delivered flowers was sent to me. I ordered the Standard flowers, and what was received was less than the Standard arrangement. And their prices are at least $20.00 more than Teleflora. So, what I paid for the arrangement was more than $50.00 more than I would have paid at Teleflora for the exact same item. Roxana uses the same item numbers and the same photos.
