From start to finish, our experience with Rox was great. Garrison, Riley, John and Christopher made getting our new AC as painless as possible. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I will absolutely be calling them for any future cooling or heating needs.

I want to thank Aaron and Roger from ROX Heating & Air for the excellent job they did installing my dual‑zone heating and cooling system. They showed up right on time, were friendly and professional, and kept everything neat and clean from start to finish. The installation looks fantastic — you can tell they take pride in their work. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a HVAC system. Riley delivered one of the best sales experiences I’ve had with any home service compa... read more

Our initial experience with Rox was a repair service call with Garrison and he did such a fantastic job that we decided to use Rox to replace our 21 year old AC unit and furnace. The sales person, Riley, and installation team members, especially Adam and Bert, were all very professional, friendly, and efficient. We are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to having Rox maintain our equipment going forward. Highly recommend Rox.

Thanks to Roger, Bert and Ty for installing our new heat pump and furnace. Also to Rose for expediting the service call and Will for coming out that evening to evaluate our system and provide a quick estimate. We were in a rush to get a new HVAC system installed to take advantage of the Xcel rebate that expired the following week. They really came through and got everything done in two days! Everyone was very patient with all our questions and we are very pleased with the excellent work that was done.

I am so excited that I found ROX. I asked friends and three of them were exuberant in their praise, so I called. They were able to schedule me within 2 days, which is great in the middle of the summer and 95 degree temps. Garrison showed up on time, explained what he thought was the problem ( he was correct) explained my options and worked efficiently to get the job done. He was also a very nice guy. . I happily signed up for the twice a year service. I would recommend then to anyone who needs hvac service or a new system.
