I don’t usually leave written reviews on Google, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Rox Heating & Air this month. I needed an old furnace replaced and a new heat pump installed, and the entire process was outstanding. Chris, the project manager, was excellent from start to finish. He communicated clearly before our walkthrough, offered to remove my old swamp coolers, and made sure I had all the detailed information I needed. ROX recently replaced my 20-year-old HVAC system after it unexpectedly—albeit understandably—stopped working. ROX repair technician Raphael thoroughly explained to me all of the available options for system repairs and/or replacement after identifying the extensive damage to my old system.
