We had decided to replace our furnace and AC as they were pretty old. After a few estimates we decided on Rox as they had good reviews and also installed Lennox brand. What a fabulous experience working with Rox! Kelly was awesome and answered my frequent questions including nights and weekends. My sales rep was great at explaining the options and Rox was the only one of my three estimates that understood and offered heat pumps. I had one company quote me over with phone without even seeing my HVAC system! The installation was flawless. I highly recommend Rox!
ROX Heating & Air came out the day after my water heater went out. The installrs, Ty and Daniel, came in and were very professional and polite. They covered my floors to protect them and they cleaned up before they left. It was a great experience.
Another great experience with ROX. I had ROX install a new AC unit 2.5 years ago. The unit recently started to make loud vibration sounds. I had ROX come out to take a look, and the noise was a bad compressor. Long story short, again I am impressed...ROX replaced the unit at no cost. Such great service. I highly recommend ROX.
