In August, our 17 year old furnace expired and we found ourselves in the market for a new HVAC system. After meeting with 3 of the major HVAC companies in the area we selected ROX to install our new system which included replacement of our 26 year old air-conditioner. Rox was great. They installed a heat pump and new furnace. Their service was excellent and very professional. They cleaned up after and hauled it away. Would recommend to anyone.

Chris was fantastic! He was very friendly and helpful with figuring out what type of system we wanted/needed. They worked with my schedule for the installation and Andrew from the installation team was helpful with all of my questions. I would highly recommend Rox Heating and Air!

ROX Heating & Air was fantastic. Their technician, Dexter, came by to service my furnace and was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He not only completed the service efficiently, but also took the time to walk me through what was going on inside the furnace and explain what I should keep an eye on moving forward. I really appreciated the transparency and the extra effort to help me understand the system. Highly recommend ROX Heating & Air for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!
