In August, our 17 year old furnace expired and we found ourselves in the market for a new HVAC system. After meeting with 3 of the major HVAC companies in the area we selected ROX to install our new system which included replacement of our 26 year old air-conditioner. ROX Heating & Air was fantastic. Their technician, Dexter, came by to service my furnace and was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He not only completed the service efficiently, but also took the time to walk me through what was going on inside the furnace and explain what I should keep an eye on moving forward. I really appreciated the transparency and the extra effort to help me understand the system. Highly recommend ROX Heating & Air for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!
ROX Heating & Air came out the day after my water heater went out. The installrs, Ty and Daniel, came in and were very professional and polite. They covered my floors to protect them and they cleaned up before they left. It was a great experience.
Our furnace was not working. So, I called Rox Heating & Air because of their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. Rafael was punctual, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and kind. He was thorough when troubleshooting the problem and explaining the process he used to identify the issue. He was incredibly polite when answering our many questions and made sure we understood our repair options. Working with Rafael was a pleasure!
