I don’t usually leave written reviews on Google, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Rox Heating & Air this month. I needed an old furnace replaced and a new heat pump installed, and the entire process was outstanding. Chris, the project manager, was excellent from start to finish. He communicated clearly before our walkthrough, offered to remove my old swamp coolers, and made sure I had all the detailed information I needed. We’ve been working with Rox for years now and they’re consistently provide fast and honest service. Garrison was able to come out for a same day appointment and make the repair quickly. While it’s never fun to find out there is something wrong with your system just as summer is starting to heat up, he patiently talked me through options and worked to get us the best deal possible to make a pricey repair a little easier to cope with. Highly recommended!

Rox was great. They installed a heat pump and new furnace. Their service was excellent and very professional. They cleaned up after and hauled it away. Would recommend to anyone.
