ROX Heating & Air came out the day after my water heater went out. The installrs, Ty and Daniel, came in and were very professional and polite. They covered my floors to protect them and they cleaned up before they left. It was a great experience.

I am extremely happy with the services ROX has provided. The Salesperson Nova was very friendly and helpful making sure I got the system I need at a reasonable price. John did an awesome job installing the furnace and heat pump. You can tell he takes pride in his work. After the install they set me up on an annual maintenance plan at a very good price. I'm glad I found a company that I feel comfortable doing business with for the long run. I highly recommend ROX!

Been dealing with Rox for a few years now and they are fantastic to work with. A few years ago they put in my furnace. This past month they put in a new A/C with heat pump. Raphael walked me through all the details and John was the lead on the install. Both were easy to work with, very helpful, very clean, very thorough. Loved them. Highly recommend! I called ROX Heating and Air for a second opinion on an issue with my air conditioner, and I’m so glad I did. A technician named Garrison came out, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and diagnosed the problem far better than the first company I had out. While I still have to incur a cost, I feel 100% confident moving forward with ROX Heating and Air.

We had decided to replace our furnace and AC as they were pretty old. After a few estimates we decided on Rox as they had good reviews and also installed Lennox brand. Our old system was Lennox and we wanted to stay with that brand. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and patient. I had tons of questions for Nova (she did the estimate) and she was also very responsive to my calls. The office staff was pleasant. Kelly was great to work with regarding financing.
