ROX Heating & Air was fantastic. Their technician, Dexter, came by to service my furnace and was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He not only completed the service efficiently, but also took the time to walk me through what was going on inside the furnace and explain what I should keep an eye on moving forward. I really appreciated the transparency and the extra effort to help me understand the system. Highly recommend ROX Heating & Air for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!
ROX Heating & Air came out the day after my water heater went out. The installrs, Ty and Daniel, came in and were very professional and polite. They covered my floors to protect them and they cleaned up before they left. It was a great experience.
Our furnace was not working. So, I called Rox Heating & Air because of their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. Rafael was punctual, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and kind. He was thorough when troubleshooting the problem and explaining the process he used to identify the issue. He was incredibly polite when answering our many questions and made sure we understood our repair options. Working with Rafael was a pleasure!
Been dealing with Rox for a few years now and they are fantastic to work with. A few years ago they put in my furnace. This past month they put in a new A/C with heat pump. Raphael walked me through all the details and John was the lead on the install. Both were easy to work with, very helpful, very clean, very thorough. Loved them. Highly recommend! I called ROX Heating and Air for a second opinion on an issue with my air conditioner, and I’m so glad I did. A technician named Garrison came out, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and diagnosed the problem far better than the first company I had out. While I still have to incur a cost, I feel 100% confident moving forward with ROX Heating and Air.
