I can’t say enough about the care we received from Rox Falls Vet. I called in a complete panic before they even opened, and despite having no availability, they told me to bring Snookums in and kept her for observation throughout the day. They called me shortly after drop-off with updates and a clear plan for next steps, and by the afternoon I had answers and my baby back home. The vets here are great! They spend plenty of time with you at each appointment, take a genuine interest in your animals, and they even message you after to follow up on treatment to see how your baby is doing. So far we've seen Dr. Mike, and he's amazing! They've definitely been a great addition to the community, and are importantly locally owned (not a Private Equity vet roll up).

I would not recommend this vet based on my experience. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating messages went unanswered, follow-ups were inconsistent, and I had to chase down basic information about my pet’s care. It felt disorganized and, at times, dismissive.

Squeezed us in same day so my cat could be seen for an eye infection. Absolutely nothing bad to say.
