I do not have enough good things to say about Rox Falls Vet. We had to get our cat in for an emergency visit and Dr. Theresa Herbers was so kind. She was so patient with us during what was a very difficult visit. I cannot recommend Dr. Herbers & the clinic more. Thank you guys for your support & patience.
Amazing experience at the Rox Falls vet! My cats were so comfortable and at ease with Nurse Evan and Dr. Herbers. They spent a full hour with my girls and did thorough exams and talked me through all my concerns. Very clean “cat only” room and they were well separated from dogs. Never had such a great experience with the vet, my girls are excited to see them again next time!
My cats are new patients here, and I am very pleased that we decided on this practice. Every person I spoke with was kind and empathetic, it’s clear they really care about the animals. The doctor walked us patiently through everything, and I could tell that they cared about us, the people, too. My cats will be going back
