Great workout class option! All of the instructors make sure you get a very good workout but also make sure you're achieving your fitness goals. The class is a lot of fun and everyone is really friendly !
RowZone is the best place to work out and Anthony is by far the best instructor. It's a relaxed and fun atmosphere but he still pushes you to get better each week. He is always changing up the work out so it never gets boring and the music is on point! If you try it out you wont be disappointed! Bonus: working out outside is such a plus!
This is a wonderful environment for working out. All the instructors I've had are incredibly kind and encouraging. And every workout is different so it never gets boring.
Best full body fitness class, hands down! Class accommodates all fitness levels. Instructors are encouraging and helpful and super nice!
Highly recommended for anyone who wants something different. You spend time in the urg and HIIT. Every class is different and the instructors keep it interesting!
