RecommendedWhen we moved in, we had come from a place with the same management company, but they didn’t take care of us the way rowlock has. On our first night in our last apartment, someone broke in and slept there. the staff, the atmosphere, it's a really good place, fun and exciting.
We moved in 3 years ago. At first it was great. Now everything is damaged or broken. There has been zero upkeep of equipment and the property. The pool was leaking in the garage for months. Work out equipment is damaged, tiles by the pool are broken and have been for over a year. The heat lamps have not worked for 2 years. The pool chairs are ripped and so worn that you sit on metal. They should install a/c everywhere, it is too hot to live here and thrive it is majorly dusty in apartments and about $500 to high for rent BEN the maintenance man is the best service I have ever had in any apartment....it is pretty but do not be fooled lots lots of issues here .... some really nosy neighbors too. We only resigned lease health issues or would have been out of here in a second. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING IN ALL APARTMENTS as you walk down the hall......no real privacy. Honestly this is my favorite apartment complex I've lived in. Its so quite and safe. The amenities are great as well as location. It feels like a little community living here which is a key part in making it feel like home.
