My first visit ever to Rowlett Family Dentistry was this month for a teeth cleaning. I was warmly greeted by the office manager, Elizabeth, upon my arrival. I was totally impressed with being taken back immediately, with no waiting period! The dental hygienist, Ashley, was amazing. She was extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. I'm always nervous about dental visits, but she made me completely comfortable and my teeth felt great when I left!!! Best cleaning experience ever!!
My deep cleaning went smooth as sailing. Great Job!!!!!
Great experience. After my crown, I received a call from the dentist to see if everything was okay and if I was experiencing any pain. Great follow up and customer experience!
I am not a customer of there's, but recently had an emergency and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. The staff was very friendly and Dr Marneni was excellent and very helpful!
