Had a scheduled appointment- email me saying they would be arriving within 30 minute however they never showed up . Complete waste of my time!

There truly isn’t ANY thing I have found about this company that I don’t like. We started using Rowland 3 months ago. They’ve been exceptional with response times, scheduling, etc. Our rep, Brandon is courteous, patient, prompt, and he explains all that he will do with each visit. (And the young man is always smiling!) We couldn’t be more pleased.
Brandon was super professional and had excellent communication about the time he would be at my home, as well as, all that he was doing in/outside my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone living in the area. They are amazing!
