This really sucks to write because I truly love the initial work Ryan did and the 2 services I was able to get from Brandon. The jobs are great. But an administrative error happened and I did not get my March service per our contract. In late April, I emailed them saying I wanted to cancel but before canceling, I wanted the service that was owed to me because we signed a contract. I pay every month and I get my service quarterly. Had a scheduled appointment- email me saying they would be arriving within 30 minute however they never showed up . Complete waste of my time!

There truly isn’t ANY thing I have found about this company that I don’t like. We started using Rowland 3 months ago. They’ve been exceptional with response times, scheduling, etc. Our rep, Brandon is courteous, patient, prompt, and he explains all that he will do with each visit. (And the young man is always smiling!) We couldn’t be more pleased.
