Friendly, neat, job well done
(This is from one of our prior visits with Rowland. I apologize for not having the tech’s name from that visit.) Our tech was here today. My husband works from home and was on the phone on the patio, while the tech was working out there. Rob wanted me to express how impressed he was with the thoroughness of his work.
