Horrible experience! Working with an attorney but still nothing happening. We haven water running through our basement walls every time it rains. They want to put Dryloc on it and call it a day. 5 different companies have told us that it will only cause it to be worse. He tore up the backyard by putting a trench by the house and a berm. Worst experience of my life. He refuses to be honest and stand behind his mistakes.

I wish there was negative stars that could be given. The professionalism and decency is lacking. Bought a brand new build two years ago and it has been the most expensive nightmare of my life. You should not have to get attorneys involved to get a construction defect corrected the CORRECT way. After having five different companies tell you how to prevent water from seeping into your basement, who are educated in the field, yet the owner only wants to paint Dri-Loc on the walls because it’s cheaper. We recently built a home with the group and although we like our house it was certainly a nightmare process. There was constant miscommunication and it was the most disorganized experience I’ve ever had. If you have the time to manage these guys through the build process then the house is nice, we ended up driving out to the house once a week just to make sure everything was right.
