If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I attended and the staff was cruel and inhumane. When I started at Rowi I did not harm myself and had said so the staff continued to pester me and proceeded to ask me “ Are you sure ?”. As I got there they handed me an IPad with what it seemed like endless pages of things I needed to sign, The staff encouraged me not to read what I was signing. I’ve been trying to come up with a review that reflects the wonderful qualities ROWI has, but I can’t. I can’t because the words that come to mind are “ROWI saved my child’s life.” That’s my family’s reality. They offered my child and family support when we needed it the most. I don’t know where we would be now if we had never found ROWI.

My daughter faced challenges with a recent move, and some other personal issues and it was recommended that she attend ROWI to help her adjust. Initially, she was skeptical and resistant, but by the end of the program, she was in tears because she had completed it. They provided various therapy methods, blending traditional techniques with some unconventional options I never considered. Rowi has saved our daughter’s life! Since our daughter was in 6th grade she starting harming herself. She ended up at Kaiser then Del Amo Hopsital which unfortunately seemed to feel routine. She went in and out of Kaiser then Del Amo 4 times. I knew there had to be something better, some other program because this wasn’t working and she needed help.
