I’ve been trying to come up with a review that reflects the wonderful qualities ROWI has, but I can’t. I can’t because the words that come to mind are “ROWI saved my child’s life.” That’s my family’s reality. They offered my child and family support when we needed it the most. I don’t know where we would be now if we had never found ROWI.
I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care provided by ROWI of Rancho Cucamonga. Our family's experience with your facility was truly remarkable, and the mental health support for our teen was incredibly beneficial. From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming and made a positive impact on our lives. We felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I would like to extend special recognition to the director, Kelly Scribner, whose outstanding service went above and beyond our e... read more
My daughter faced challenges with a recent move, and some other personal issues and it was recommended that she attend ROWI to help her adjust. They provided various therapy methods, blending traditional techniques with some unconventional options I never considered. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, patience, and support toward both my daughter and my husband and me. I have recommended... read more
Rowi has saved our daughter’s life! Since our daughter was in 6th grade she starting harming herself. She ended up at Kaiser then Del Amo Hopsital which unfortunately seemed to feel routine. I reached out to her school counselor whom had been aware of this long journey. By this time she was in 8th grade and it seemed to be getting worse. She recommended Rowi for her ... read more
ROWI truly offers customized and compassionate care. Our family was struggling to support my teens mental health needs and after a 14 day hospitalization being admitted to ROWI was a literal lifesaver. They not only helped my child become more stable, confident and cope, they offered outlets and encouragement for our family as well. Staff is patient, kind and willing to explain things to you. As a parent I was always included and supported. We are forever grateful to ROWI!
