The team at Rowe Trailer Sales was so helpful. They stayed open late for me as I made the 2 hour drive to their facility. Ended up coming home with a beautiful trailer. No complaints.
It pains me to leave a bad review on a small business but future buyers should be aware of what they could potentially get into by purchasing from Rowe Trailers. The folks were very nice, paperwork went smoothly, and had me out the door quickly! That's where the good ended. We went out hooked the trailer up to my truck, tested the lights, and off I went. So thankful for the professional service. From the first phone call through the entire process was flawless and every question answered promptly. Drove 2 hours to get the trailer and everything on the trailer was ready for pickup when I got there and paperwork went fast. On the drive home I decided to grab a load of busted concrete and test it out. Absolutely what I wanted and needed.

Was in need of an equipment trailer so first place I looked was Rowe. A couple years ago I bought a small utility trailer, that experience and price brought back here first. Looked at a 20, 22, and 24 ft trailers. The 22ft was just what I needed. In and out in under an hour, excellent folks to chat with and do business with. Put the trailer to use by picking up a new to me compact tractor in Arkansas the headed back toward Augusta KS. Will definitely recommend and use Rowe again.
