If I could give negative stars, I would. Went to him wanting my tubes removed. I have 4 children, all delivered via c-section and each delivery had it's own set of complications. I wanted to make sure there was zero chance of pregnancy, even with my husband having had a vasectomy. When I expressed this to Dr. Rowan, his first question was, "Why?
