I wouldn’t even give Rowan a one star. Rude, for a long time now must husband had to call each month to find out when his appointment will cause, guess what, it wasn’t on time. I get that the doctor is busy and I appreciate that, but my time is just as important as theirs, but really, every month. Don’t even get me started on having to get the medications straightened out each month. Anyway, a 1.3 rating is to high.
