Rowan is a great yoga instructor. I have taken many classes with her over the years and consistently when I was pregnant with my second child. Her instruction helped get me through a difficult pregnancy and made for a much easier birth than I had expected. She is also a wonderful person to be around and I truly value the time we have spent together.
