I found Rowan Hardwood Floors by searching for a company that would be responsible for the entire project we wanted done. Many companies said they could only do a part of what we wanted done. We replaced carpet in 6 rooms, had our stairs redone and the railings replaced. From the beginning, Angie was willing to help. We hired Rowan Hardwood to redo a carpeted staircase in hardwood. Excellent communication from Angie and Derrick. The installer Ahmed (And his helper) were meticulous. Very happy with the work done.
The front desk was amazing to deal with and got the product I needed. However their warehouse staff was not very professional. The guy in the warehouse placed the product by the door and when I asked if he could help me load it in my truck he told me to do it myself. Clearly he wanted to go home.
The Rowan team did a beautiful job on my hardwood flooring installation. The whole team was great to deal with from the initial consultations through to the finished job. They proactively called me with updates on the timing of my material order and exactly when the installers would arrive. Had a flood in my basement and contacted Rowan Hardwood in June 2024 for replacement of approx. 100sf of cork flooring. The thickness had changed so needed transition pieces as well. I made sure that the estimator noticed that one toilet and two vanity sinks needed to be removed and reinstalled. Received estimate which included a charge for complexity of the project.
