Always GREAT. Has been my dentist for over 30 years. He goes above and beyond and one of the nicest guys ever meet. I've simply NEVER had a complaint and his office staff are the nicest, most efficient and personable folks you could ever work with.
RecommendedBy far our favorite Dentist ever! We were so sad when we had to move...my family still wishes they could come back to Missouri to have their teeth cleaned and worked on. The entire staff is fabulous. Dr. Purcell identified when our daughter needed braces, however we did not use him as the orthodontics but always took his advice when it came to direction and care.
Never trust your family dentist recommendation without further info.. Pucel put braces on my daughters teeth and was not qualified to do so. After 4 years we had them removed and got a 2nd opinion. We spent a lot of money and put my daughter through hell! Because of his terrible work we have to do it again with a REAL ortho. Finally retrieved her records, he refused to release to us.. pretty certain that is illegal!
Dr. Row has been my dentist for over 30 years. He is always willing to answer questions about your care in language easy to understand. Whether just a routine cleaning or dental work, have always been please with the result.
I have had much dental work over the years and I know the difference between a good one and not. I think people forget that dentistry is an art and not exact science. Dr. Row is very good. The work done was very good but besides that, it is extremely important to not just fix the tooth, but to consider all the possiblities and to think ahead.
