Came across town to a 7:00 class at 7:02. No one was there and the doors were locked. I called left a message and no one responded. Secondly, rather than just cancel they marked me as a no show in the wellhub app which created additional problems for no reason. I was there at 7:02 that's not a no show. Even if I wanted to attend a class the amount of problems they've created for me over nothing.
Great workout, great coaches, questionable customer service. I reached out to cancel my membership (with 31 days notice) and they got back to me the following day (30 days notice) to tell me I needed to give them 30 days notice. When I pointed out that it was 30 days away, they didnt respond, so now we are past the 30 day threshold. Then I tried calling... got voicemail.
