Waited over 30 min in room, he spent maybe 5 minutes with me (and this was a first consultation). He talked over me, barely looked at my skin and rushed me out. I was on two prescriptions from him that were unhelpful- when I called all of the sudden my problems were "out of his realm" and I should see an allergist. The lack of care is unacceptable especially knowing I've been suffering for over 2 months...
He takes the time to explain things and also listens to my concerns. He has helped my condition improve so I am able to do things again. He is respectful in that he really is sorry if he has to keep me waiting. I feel very comfortable being there and being able to ask him anything I need to. His staff is always very friendly and helpful. They also are considerate when talking about my information to me. They make sure to do this quietly so not to be sharing it with others in the waiting room.
