We rented a car from Atlanta *******. It looked like it had been in a demolition derby. It had a side panel missing off the side door, which made it extremely loud inside the car. They also withheld more money than they had originally said they hold 500 instead of 350 we were very unsatisfied will never rent from them again.

I made a reservation to rent a vehicle online with routes.com. These people charged me ****** for the reservation, which was supposedly 8 dollars a day plus ***** dollars from DCW. When I get to the offices to pick up the car they make me remove the ***** DCW. They don't accept my insurance. and they charged me ****** dcw plus a ****** dollar deposit that was supposedly refundable. We paid in advance, but when we arrived they tacked on an extra $20/day. Our bill increased by $280 + additional taxes.Never again!

Do Not Rent from this rental car company because it is a scam. I rented a car for my son from Priceline he is over 25 with a valid GA driver's license. According to ********************** Car ********************** policy they accept all ** driver's license however when he got there they told him they don't accept GA driver's licenses due to issues they had before, which doesn't make sense to be in Atlanta ** but not accept GA driver's license. I reserved a car for 2 days in Atlanta through AARP-Expedia. When I arrived in Atlanta I called Routes for shuttle. The driver promptly arrived. He was very nice and helpful. We got to Routes car rental. There were 2 other people ahead of us that also had reservations. They had NO cars!! Clearly reservations mean nothing to these people. If I could give this company a negative zero I would. This has been the WORST car rental experience ever. I reserved a rental with this company online weeks prior to my travel. When I originally booked my reservation my confirmation stated that the cost of my rental would be $100.82. It never stated anything about any additional fees or deposits. To begin Very poor customer service. No way to get in contact over the phone. Incredibly far from the airport and the bus is unreliable. Also if you book online 100% they will add additional fees to your booking. I spent $263 online and by the time I walked out they had charged me an extra $345. How that is even possible no idea. The extra costs were never explained to me.DO NOT BOOK WITH ROUTES

False advertising, bad customer service, very argumentative staff. I paid for a rental thru Expedia and when I arrived to get the car they told me that they do not rent to ******* residents and proceeded to disparage Expedia and Priceline and made it hard to reimburse me my money that I spent. I truly hope the company is restructured or closed because the policys and procedures are absolutely unacceptable . The consumer deserves better.
