The worst experience I've had with a car rental in my life by far. When I arrived to pick up the rental, one of the tires were flat. They pumped the tired quickly and gave me the car. It turns out that the tire had a slow leak. I tried calling every extension that they had on the phone and they were all down upon returning the car, the attendant confirmed that the business was "new and they're still working out the phone service." Monumentally horrible! Very amateurish with an airport transport vehicle looking like a white panel kidnap van. Waited for an hour once the van arrived. Appalling service, appalling office (smells like poop), with marginally clean car. Run away if you can!!!

I will NEVER rent from them again. In *******, they did not have the vehicle even though I had previously made a reservation. I needed a larger car/SUV and they did not have ANY at all. I had to wait two full hours and missed my dinner with my children and grandchildren, stuck at ROUTES. DO NOT RENT FROM ROUTES. The most disgusting and tacky Car Rental company in the world.

NEVER AGAIN WILL A CAR BE RENTED FROM ROUTES! That is a very short version of what transpired when I rented for the first and last time from Routes Car Rental in ******, **. I tried many times to report to the **************** with no avail. One and only working phone number, the mailbox was full...I can only imagine why....laughing.******************* *******

When they ask for your credit card, you need to ask what they are charging on it before you hand it over, because it wont be explained to you. Dont sign anything without reading it over. They charge twice. Prepaid online $30 to reserve the car. Got there and paid another $60, including the optional toll pass ($10). $500 pre authorization will be put on your credit card. Note: This review is for the car rental company called ************************* / Routes (on Expedia) / Priceless. They use multiple names so that people dont know they have bad reviews.They are scammers!!! There was only virtual assistance, which was super annoying from the beginning. They wanted to charge us 350 USD extra for car insurance even though we told them our credit card included car rental insurance. This is a horrible place and a scam. They have lied about the issues with the car and are charging me $500 for a small Crack in the windshield from a rock hiring the windshields in 85 S. They reported that I could talk with the manager, but couldn't produce one for me to speak with. Do not. Do NOT use this company!!!

THE WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! I reserved a mid size suv + insurance. The insurance I purchased did not cover this vehicle, so a downgrade was made to accommodate the insurance. I was informed by Routes that the difference would be paid by Priceline. After contacting Priceline I was told by the representative that I would be refunded.
