Routes Car Rental has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We prepaid for our rental car through Expedia but Routes charged us an additional $22+ per day plus we were coerced into paying for other unnecessary charges. They also charged us for a $20 parking ticket plus $50 admin fee even after showing receipts that we paid for the parking. They refuse to talk to you on the phone so all correspondence is done by email with a different person responding each time and each response takes at least 48 business hours to receive... read more
