Glad you asked John. A half hour... I apologize, it should not have taken that amount of time. Our goal time is 20 minutes. Why 20 instead instead of 10 like our competition? Unlike them, we ALWAYS check all fluid levels, engine air filter cabin air filter tire pressures, vacuum the front interior of your car and wash exterior of the front and rear window. That kind of thoroughness takes longer. In fact usually ten minutes longer. Sorry for your delay...
