17 days past due and you overlock my unit. It boggles my mind of little empathy or compassion people in this world have when it comes to money and this place is proof. very difficult to deal with just wanted to rent a spot for our camper firts spot they gave us was full of dirt that the plow left behind so they told me to go go another on only to find out an hour later that my camper wouldn't fit so now were on our third spot Wish me luck. I will say there reasonably priced but the office people have no clue on whats going on. Being a retired business owner i would say they need better management for sure.
We were infested with mice in our unit. We too preventative measures to insure no rodents in our units. We had to throw out a corner wooden hutch because mice chewed the wood all over it. We also threw out boots, clothing, pillows. Also, our unit leaked rain . Never again would I rent here or refer someone to Route 9 mini storage.
