After getting a unit in June 2025 and paying upfront for july, my auto payment went through fine for August. Come September 1st I see the charge get declined because it’s $10 more than is intentionally an available balance, but regardless it’s a holiday. No phone call. No email. I show up randomly to get my tampons out of my closet(storage unit), knowing they made no further attempts, to it being locked. Local Storage Unit Slumlords I lost my debit card due to theft and had to wait 7–10 business days for a replacement. I called and explained the situation, but after their system tried to charge my card twice (a card I clearly told them was no longer valid), I was hit with an additional fee.
