Local Storage Unit Slumlords I lost my debit card due to theft and had to wait 7–10 business days for a replacement. I called and explained the situation, but after their system tried to charge my card twice (a card I clearly told them was no longer valid), I was hit with an additional fee. 17 days past due and you overlock my unit. It boggles my mind of little empathy or compassion people in this world have when it comes to money and this place is proof. Ive been a LOYAL customer for 8 years. Never missing a payment and even paying portions in advance. I experienced a TBI back in June.
