Engaged with this company to schedule a move, paid my deposit and everything was set to go. Found that my company was now going to pay for my move and ask for a refund, I was well within their time period for requesting a full refund. Almost 30 days later and I still do not have a refund and no one can explain why. They are also horrible about communication. The move was quoted by Erick he developed by never visiting the house to see what we had. they were a day late not apologetic still waiting for a personal bag of medications. The came with no tools never marked the contents of the box or what room it came from Kenny the 'foreman could have cared less .....the disaster ended a 5 AM the following morning..............STAY AWAY THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS i would give then ZERO stars if i could
Let me begin by saying this company is a scam. It all started off with an estimate of $2600. 3 days before pickup, Ross calls me and corners me by saying I need a bigger truck and the price went up to $3600. Now this was of course a situation where 3 days in advance I would never have found anything else. I was forced to agree by signing another estimate. They were punctual and responsive. They listened to all our instructions and requests. I received the delivery on time and in great condition. I just don't know how to properly thank these guys for the amazing job they did. Thanks Route 66 Moving !
Horrible, Got all broken dishes in the boxes which said "FRAGILE" Chairs from the dining set were chipped and table stained and scratched Metal Base for the Coffee table was bended. Have send not so many items from Maine to Florida They ave never responded to complain by email and phone. Suggest to everbody not to use ever their service.
