I want to thank the reception staff for a warm welcoming and pleasant experience. I was disappointed in information the tech had to share a surprise cost - the doctor did not get to meet him. I waited 30 minutes and then heard from behind the door "are you ready for your appointment - no 5 more minutes. No one bothered to explain the delay, so my 1:30 appointment that I arrived 15 minutes early for as requested never took place. Finally found a GREAT animal hospital that i highly recommend!! :)
Everyone at Rt. 516 Animal Hospital are very friendly, caring and just wonderful, from the girls at the front desk, to the techs to the doctors. I've gone to them for about 15 years now with three dogs over the years; two of them no longer with us, and they have always been great. Losing Polar last month was so hard for my family but everyone there was so accommodating. A very special thank you to Katie, Dr. Rotella and Dr. Flanagan.
Even though it's not always good news they are always there when we need them. Great availability and very kind doctors.

Words can not express the gratitude that we have for everyone at Route 516. From the first day we took Sisco there up until the last, they always treated him like one of their own. He was always treated like the king when he would go their on his doggy vacations.
