RecommendedAll of the Doctors,Techs, and front desk ladies are wonderful. My pup is a bit challenging, yet they give her so much love and care. When we board her at Rt 516 we get pictures sent to our phones from the Technician taking care of her in the morning. I would not go anywhere else. RecommendedFacility full of compassion and love for animals. My first visit was one of heart break, but the staff helped me through each step. They allowed me to stay with Abby until I was ready to allow her to cross the rainbow bridge.
I highly recommend this place. From the staff at the front desk to the techs and doctor who helped me, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping me with my dog. You all were beyond compasionte to me and my dog Rex. Such kind loving people work here. The doctor even went out of her way to reach out to me today to make sure he doing okay. To anyone looking for a place to bring their animal who they love dearly this is definitely they place to bring them!
We’ve been with 516 Animal Hospital for over 11 years. I was a new puppy owner when Munchkin and I walked in. When he was 10 he was diagnosed with diabetes and Cushing Dr Cohen was so compassionate,loving and supportive to both of us. The entire staff are caring,patient and helpful. When there was nothing more that could be done medically for Munch, Dr Cohen explained my options and cried with me in an exam room. The staff at Rt 516 Animal Hospital are all wonderful. Dr. Rodriguez had been treating my cat, Jelly, who was unfortunately diagnosed with lymphoma. Yesterday, we sadly had to let Jelly go peacefully, and Dr. Rodriguez helped us in a kind, compassionate way. Jelly was a very special, friendly and beautiful cat. I could always tell how much Dr. Rodriguez cared for her when I brought her in. Thank you to all the staff, especially Dr. Rodriguez, for helping me to get through one of the toughest moments I've ever faced.
