Just a heads up for all. Went through route 38 car wash on Roosevelt last week. They damaged my car and after calling everyday and stopping in multiple times they now claim it is not their problem. Hello.... a piece of my car ended up inside the car wash. This was not a removable part and the gouge under it was obviously from it tearing the part off. DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT trust this business!!!!! They are the worse!!!
I’m assuming they are the owners but a Female and a Male are in a heated argument while they are finishing my car. They are screaming so loud I can hear them through the door. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back. Oh and the man in the booth had to finish his phone call before asking me what wash I wanted. 🤮 now the lady is sitting in a chair smoking while all of my doors are open. Unbelievable. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!
To fix what happens at the car wash. Hubcap ruined, rim bent, was told that IT IS SO LOUD here by manager that we could not hear what the kids was telling us. SO ITS OUR FAULT. I will never go back there and either will all of my friends, Need to have this taking care of. No return calls, can't leave messages.
I love it . They did a wonderful job with my car.
They have a half off coupon that get you a full service was for $11 tip the guy working on your ride $10 before they start and you won’t be disappointed!
