Several months ago I was in physical therapy for a severe back injury, I had spent months really restricted in my movement, unable to do even the most basic of things. As my therapy was coming to an end my physical therapist recommended I try to do something to slowly build my back muscles to protect my spine. I joined Route 33. We had our son enrolled in their crossfit for kids classes on Mondays and Thursdays. Our son LOVED going to them. We had to stop going due to our family growing, otherwise we would still be attending. Miss Jenn is AWESOME with the kiddos and its a good place for them to burn some energy.
