Hard Sell. High Pressure. Terrible Service. These people use an extremely hard sell and extremely high pressure tactics. You don't get what you want, but you end up paying thru the nose. And forget about service. On a scale of 1 to 10 they rate a -189, which is the number of years before I will ever willingly deal with them again.

Dishonest Saw a vehicle online, and was confirmed by dealer through email that the vehicle is in stock; and called again to confirm that it is in stock on the day or driving to dealer . Made an appt. to come in and to see the car, but WAS SOLD THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD YESTERDAY. WORST SERVICE EVER, DISHONEST.
Route 22 Toyota is not getting my business I went on line and clicked through an IM chat button to confirm that one vehicle had a sunroof, which I was assured it did. When I arrived, there was no parking and a slew of sales reps who were hanging out. It took a while for someone to actually help us. Route 22 Toyota I have long been trying to find a dealer on whom I can rely for quality pre-owned Toyota cars. The assortment of pre-owned Toyota cars displayed at the pre-owned vehicle inventory was huge and I got a varied range to choose from all those finest quality pre-owned vehicles. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Camry and got $500 discount.
ALEX C best dearlership ever. bought camry and venza from them. negotiation was smooth. finance manager was a gem. cant understand how anyone could bad mouth this dealership. they were awesome with a capital a. i think that most people who right negative reviews would be disgruntled no matter what dealership they dealt with. route 22 toyota was straight on with me. thanks guys!!!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Stay away from this dealership!! Unless you want to get royally ripped off. They were even sued and had to settle in court for their deceptive business practices, yet they are still in business.
