This review is for prospective buyers. I recently purchased a used Dodge Truck here. The tire pressure monitoring system light was on after securing the sale. I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing service issues with my Jeep and the lack of resolution from your dealership. I brought my Jeep in September 2025 for a transmission issue and a radio display that was completely black and nonfunctional. I picked up my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe today after a recall related to the high-voltage battery. For the past few months, the battery charging has been constantly interrupting around 70%. I had some concerns about the corrosion Warrenty for my jeep. I had the absolute please of speaking with Tara in the service department.
