5000 likes ago did my oil change at Jeep in rt18. Just did the oil Schengen at the Valvoline place near me and when they opened the hood found the oil cap wedge on the side of the engine bay. Oil all over the place air filter full of oil they didn’t close it right either. That time I waited over two hours with appointment. They said they were short handed I accept the waiting but the carelessness and quality of the work was unacceptable. Last time I’ll go to that place
Went in to return our lease and ended up buying another Jeep 🤣. Chris Hreiz made rge transaction quick and easy... we were in & out in like two hours! Car had an small issue with the alignment we had the car back within a day!! Excellent service and experience!
I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee so naturally I have had to do more maintenance recently. So I have a Jeep Wagoneer, one of the best driving SUVs in its class which I also purchased new at this dealership. That being said, it’s a still a Jeep and has a few electrical issues. Would I buy another one from this same dealership? Hell yes! But now you know that I’ve had to deal with the service department many times.
