Would not recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle at. I bought a used dodge ram 1500 and I happened to see the rear differential was leaking, they brought a mechanic up to look at it and informed me that it was the rear pinion seal that needed replacement, and that was all that was wrong with the vehicle, well took their word for it and purchased it and drove home. I don't know where to begin, and if I could give zero stars I would. I have a Ram truck that has electrical problems and it has been at Route 18 for more than 2 months. I have brought my car in for service over the course of years to many different dealerships, and this place might be the worst ever. I spend half my day, every day trying to get in touch with my adviser at rt 18.
