Chris did a great job! The best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Worst customer service I've had anywhere anytime. We were given a Dodge to test drive which shut off in the middle of Rt 18. When I got back I was quite angry - I felt like they had risked our lives in their defective vehicle. The manager met us at the door and when he realized I wasn't going to be placated with his sales grin and cheerful attitude he became belligerent and yelled at me to leave. I have leased 10 cars to date, in the previous 9 I always had problems and sat in the office for 3-4 hours, With MR. Mike A everything changed, a good and kind gentleman and a true professional and with his team within an hour I was starting my return home with my new car, incredible prices and perfect service!!! Do not hesitate to call him, he will help you 100/100, 5 stars from me
Very very frustrating dealing with this dealership!!! Sales associate they gave me , never returns my calls or answers my texts. Management is just as bad , called several times to speak to a manager left on hold for an indefinite time!!!! . If I could leave zero stars I would !
The service department is terribly rude. I made an oil change appointment for the other vehicle in my home that’s not a jeep it’s a Mazda I confirmed my appointment three times and at 4:30 PM on a Friday I get a phone call about my appointment for Saturday at 9 AM asking me why I’m bringing my Mazda vehicle in and that I should go to the Mazda next-door they won’t service my car. She didn’t care that my other vehicle was a jeep she didn’t care that I also need to service my jeep for an oil change a recall air filter filters ... read more
