every time I call for a part, the staff is always nice and helpful... although I get better attention than others may say, they have never let me down... sometimes they haven't had the part I've needed, but were always helpful...and, Dennis L. should loose the hat
This place is a joke they list on the Internet that part is perfect then when you call it's a dented part and they change price to 60 dollars more than listed. And the biggest joke they tell you to come take the part off the truck never have I dealt with such rude people. My opinion on this business is nothing more than some crooks chopping cars
128 Auto Parts – This place has alot of the parts most of us with "Gently Used "Vehicles need. They are soo much more reasonably priced that any auto parts store...let alone a dealership. Call the before you buy any place else!!!
Great place,love the staff, very helpful – Call to donate my car to MARE car donation program spoke with a person who walked me through the whole process made it so easy. Also helped me with parts for my son's car dealer wanted 3 times the amount for the same part. Would recommend them happily to all my friends.
Bought my wrecked car - good price – I sold my car to Rt 128 based on a friend's recommendation. He knew a guy that sold two cars for the junk yard and got $200 each. So I was really excited when I got $275 for mine. It was really easy. They just left me the check and I didn't have to be there when they came to tow it away. (It had significant front end damage.) Great place to buy a used car – I bought a used 2007 Honda Accord, I love it. The service and the people where so helpful. The car is spotless people thought it was brand new. I will recommend 128 Auto to my friends & family.
Very rude – Called to ask a question about selling auto parts and they were rude and hung up on me. Considering that buying auto parts can be such a sketchy process to begin with, I would highly recommend steering clear of these dbags.
Does Anyone fix their own stuff anymore? – I recently needed some parts for my wifes older Cadillac DeVille. I called the Dealer and was quoted a price that would have put the car in the junkyard. After calling 128 I had my parts the next day and at a fifth of the cost the dealer quoted. While I was there I saw the line up of donated cars and ended up buying a very clean minivan for my 17yr son. Local news reported a while back that 128 returns the most % back to the charity.
