Great customer service!
I thought the quality of service was below par today. Very poor communication and forecast for car issue is untesolved. They never even took the time to inspect the car to determine seriousness of issue. Do not go to them worst sales and service department in Boston area. FYI I went to another dealership and the issue was diagnosed, fixed at no cost to me all in one day
Went in for a recall and overall had a poor experience. When I scheduled, I was told a diagnostic would be $39.99, but upon arrival it was suddenly $239.99—a huge difference, which I brushed off as a misunderstanding. I asked about possible reimbursement for prior work related to the recall as when I scheduled they told me to speak to a manager when I drop my truck off.
