Outstanding, low pressure car buying experience. Very happy with the BMW I purchased and Michael found me a great deal on financing. He even had the car delivered to me at my home in Rhode Island. I will certainly recommend him to others in the market for quality used cars.
We purchased a 2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible from Michael this week and very pleased with the professionalism, high level of customer service, and relaxed, low pressure atmosphere. I found his dealership through Carfax website which gave me confidence I was getting a high quality vehicle by knowing its history. Route 110 Auto is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. I was looking for a used convertible to replace my 27 year old convertible. I called them up Wednesday morning to ask for a test drive at lunch time. Loved the car and was driving it home 20 hours later. Mike is a very kind, zero pressure sales man. Excellent vehicle purchase experience! I highly recommend thus far! They have alot of nice vehicles and no pressure ! They had no issue letting me get a vehicle 3rd party pre-inspected before sale which other used car dealers huff and puff at.
