Swung by on my lunch break as I’ve started early stages of car shopping. I called ahead to make sure the vehicle was available. When I arrive, the car was ready for me out front. Mike took a copy of my license, put on a plate, handed me the keys, and let me check it out. At no point did he pressure me, sit me down to talk numbers, or even ask if I wanted to purchase the car. We did not make a deal but Michael was very nice and his vehicles are reasonable priced. Because his markup starts out low, don't expect him to have much room to haggle.
Such a bad experience with ROUTE 110 AUTO! I buy a 2011 highlander from them and the rare window has a problem they told me they will fix the rare window.and as I pay the amount and told me for pickup the rare window problem will fix ..after 3,4 days I went to pick up the car they didn't even touch the rare window and didn't fix it .i was so disappointed.personally I will not recommended ROUTE 110 AUTO to anybody!
While I appreciated the initial casual atmosphere Mike, his wife, and mother offered at Rt 110 Auto, the car he sold me has broken down several times in the 4 months I’ve owned it at no fault of my own. He had taken in the car I bought to repair the issues, only to have them reappear soon after. Total cost of repairs I need on my car exceeds $11k and he does not acknowledge a fraction of them.
