Make sure you have all the money needed for whatever repairs you need before you bring your vehicle to this shop, my mother had me bring her car here for repairs right before she had heart surgery and they refuse to work with us on paying the bill. She had to cancel doctors appointments because of this and we can't pay the bill because they refuse to give back the car. I was on vacation with my family and my brand new run flat tire went flat. I knew nothing of the area and just called various tire shops and was lucky enough to reach. Route 11 Automotive Repair South. The receptionist was very kind to me since I was rather upset . She told me they could have the size tire I needed by early afternoon. I got there and it was installed on time. They also took time to explain why a new tire would go flat. I would recommend their services!
