Very disappointed with my experience at Route 11. I brought my wife’s car in to get the window fixed after being told they had the part and it would take about 2 hours. I ended up waiting over 4 hours IN the lobby. When I asked for an update, they said they were “still working on it,” even though the car hadn’t even been touched—it was still parked out front.
