Terrible service They made an appointment with me to fix a a.c unit that wasn't heating up, at 4 pm, at 4.30 pm he called me and told me that he was running 45 minutes late, at 5.pm did the same thing, at 7 pm I left, he never showed up, and never answered his phone. The house is s rental and 70 miles from my home, so I wasted my entire afternoon for nothing. This guy should not be in business. Do not use him. He doesn't care about people.
I have Used Mourars Heating and Cooling for many years was very disappointing with there response when questioning the bill of $782.00 Fortunately for me and unfortunately for them they put the part number of the part. I check the internet and found part number Honeywell VR8345M for $101.75 plus free shipping. I wonder what their real cost is.
