Came to my house after I was told I needed a complete new unit at $8500.00. Tested my air conditioner and found rust and dust on the contacts on my furnace. Showed me the manuals and exact settings showing that my unit was not leaking, completely fine, and refused to even charge for the inspection even though they went under the house, tested all equipment and showed me the results. Amazing service! We needed someone to come and look at our unit because the heat stopped working in the middle of winter. Air One came out the same day. Chris worked for over an hour trying to find out what the cause for the malfunction was and determined the problem. Showed up 3 hours late left my furnace in a mess told me i had electrical issues called electrician they said its a furnace problem then called another furnace place and they wont work on it because if what the whipkey employee jacob did now went in they blew us off called next day to see if someone was going to follow up and the jacob employee was rude went back up with electrician and 2nd furnace place numbers so they could call and verify we were telling the truth and so the 2nd guy could tell them what he said and they b... read more
Worst customer service ever, wish I could give 0 stars. They came to repair my ac unit outside that is covered under home warranty company. I was not home at the time and my wife was dealing with them. They told us the ants are causing the problem and that it is not covered under the warranty. They tell us that the ac is working properly because its blowing air inside and they leave. I get home today and the house is hot. I have purchased over 100 A/C units from allied over the past few years through A second party company who did all my installations. the owner passed away last fall and never got to complete the last unit he was installing after finishing the electrical was finished and unit was started up, it had problems from the beginning.
