I’m a huge fan of the Cortland Commons apartment complex & the management company. The floor plans are spacious & most come with underground parking & storage included in the rent - that's such a perk! The building & grounds are well-maintained & you cannot find a better location. Emma the property manager is responsive, friendly, & always there to help. Such a gem.
Rouse Management has been exceptional throughout our stay at Cortland Pond. The team is professional, responsive, and always ready to help with a friendly attitude. They've made renting here a smooth and enjoyable experience. From maintenance to move-in, everything was handled with great attention to detail. We’re grateful for the wonderful service from Rouse Management and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed property!
Great location! Close to everything on the west and east side. The walls were sound proof so I never heard anyone inside the apartment building or outside. Super safe area!
I rented with Rouse last year and Dawn was so awesome to have as a landlord. She responded quickly to all my questions and was overall so kind - which is something I highly value. My apartment at University Forest was super spacious for the price.
