Came here to get an IUD removal and insertion with Dr. Nicole. The process was explained thoroughly and the procedure was done quickly. Though it was painful, the dr and nurse were amazing and allowed me to lay down as long as I needed. When I went to pay, even the receptionist asked if I was okay. Compared to my first experience of getting an IUD this was so much nicer. Thank you so much for making an awkward and painful experience feel much nicer.
Welcoming, gentle approach. Felt very comfortable and all staff were very polite and empathetic.
Accompanied my friend for a medical procedure and was met with the most empathetic women’s health doctor - Dr Nicole. She took the time to explain everything and calm my friend’s nerves. I will definitely consider Dr Nicole and this clinic in the future for myself after seeing how well they have treated my friend
