Dr Nicole was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Came here to get an IUD removal and insertion with Dr. Nicole. The process was explained thoroughly and the procedure was done quickly. Though it was painful, the dr and nurse were amazing and allowed me to lay down as long as I needed. When I went to pay, even the receptionist asked if I was okay. Compared to my first experience of getting an IUD this was so much nicer. Thank you so much for making an awkward and painful experience feel much nicer.
Welcoming, gentle approach. Felt very comfortable and all staff were very polite and empathetic.
