Hi, I had to take my 8 years old daughter for ultra sound on urgent basis. I gad called couple of other places before getting connected with Rouse Hill Radiology. The entire experience for me was wonderful. The staff on the phone patiently listened and dealth with situation with priority. They were fully booked but still squeezed a slot for my daughter literally in 30 mins. By the time we reached there, front desk was already informed. My experience was positive at Rouse Hill Radiology. The entire team was highly professional, respectful, and was very knowledgeable. Meina was very organised and explaining every step to the detail. His clear communication and patient centric approach helped me to be comfortable till the end. I would definitely recommend.

A practioner named Manish chugg currently admitted to this facility after resigning from harris park radiology, that has written wrong information on my clincal notes trying so hard to get away with what his done basically covered up because he had absolute access to my health record at the time of the surgery, he is an unlawful person and disgrace to the health industry and this country. The radiologist assisting Dr. J. Han was in a rush to finish her job and was impatient when asking me to sign the consent form. Since English is not my first language, I needed more time to understand, but she did not listen to my concerns and kept hurrying. She rushed through every step of the procedure and did not clean my skin properly. This made me lose confidence in having the cortisone injection. I feel I did not receive fair or respectful treatment for the fee I paid. Managment please TAKE ACTION
