My aunt and I attended this practice and heard a staff member speaking rudely to another it hasnt sat right with me and the staff member Miyah was very confrontational in the service area where myself and my aunt and im sure others heard too! I expected better customer service especially after immigrating here and hearing of how nice service is here
Everyone was pleasant and efficient from reception through to the medical staff.
Very fast and very polite thankyou all so much keep up the great work
tge receptionist kyra was so accomodating in her customer service skills nothing was a problem to fit me in for 4 scans and the male radiographer who did my scans for 3 days was excellent
