Compare the experience at Concorde Hospital Emergency Services, I waited 8hrs and nobody cares. I came here at 650am, it was last minute booking from the previous day. Thank you for taking me for MRI and Xray. Chris was professional and friendly to do MRI for me. Service for X Ray was average, 3 people don’t know which parts need to Scan. Overall, it was great. Oh the lady at reception was nice and professional, she gave the IPAD to all patients to fill up the forms. Love her service. Well done everyone!

Be careful doing MRI scans at Rouse Hill Radiology. We were informed the MRI was “private” and “not Medicare rebatable,” but they never clearly disclosed that the MRI service would not be claimable through private health insurance. When we mentioned we had private insurance, staff simply told us to “check with your insurer,” which made it seem like a claim may still be possible. I had a very disappointing experience with this centre. They left a voicemail asking me to reschedule only one hour before my confirmed appointment. I then spent almost an hour calling back repeatedly — around 10 times — but no one answered the phone. My daughter had already taken a day off from school for the ultrasound and fasted for 6 hours as instructed, and I also haven taken a day off from work, yet the appointment was simply cancelled without any consideration for the inconvenience caused to patients.
