I want to thank RHR staff, especially Chris and Mel who were great with my MRI scan today. There was a miscommunication with my arrival time sent by sms and over the phone which impacted the process but Mel and Chris took me in and were really professional and accommodating. Thank you, because I don't have to do another Low Residue diet and prep for another day.

The lady who answered the phone call today is helpless. I explained someone called me to canceled the appointment but still messaged me to confirm appointment. She just said “that’s strange”. And she just kept silence when she couldn’t help me for earlier appointment. Won’t be back to this place.

I went to the center 1st time this week. When I arrived, the staff sitting at the most right side at the counter cloest to and facing the door said that I jumped the line and the lady after me should be before me, so I apologized and quickly stepped back and walked to the side. Then she said very rudely to me again that the line was not where I stood. I quickly again joined the right queue. It was my fisrt time to the center. The sign for the queue was not obvious. I truly had a disappointing experience at this clinic. I attended for a knee scan and from the moment I walked into the room, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. I said hello to the technician performing the scan, but he did not respond. I assumed it was a miscommunication and sat down. He then abruptly told me to remove my pants, without any explanation.
