I truly had a disappointing experience at this clinic. I attended for a knee scan and from the moment I walked into the room, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. I said hello to the technician performing the scan, but he did not respond. I assumed it was a miscommunication and sat down. He then abruptly told me to remove my pants, without any explanation. I have been to Rouse hill Radiology twice in 2 weeks and have had a wonderful experience for both myself and my daughter aged 9, the staff are friendly and work quickly to have you in and out, the facilities are quite new and the environment is clean and tidy, highly recommended this service.
Staff on the reception desk were friendly and helpful.. Wendy who performed the scan was delightful
I arrived feeling quite nervous about my CT-guided shoulder injection, especially after reading some worrying reviews beforehand. Terrible service. Waited over 45 mins for my BOOKED appointment. When I approached the desk staff, they advised that walk in emergency appointments have a priority over booked services??? Why even have a booking in system. Save your time and book elsewhere.
