Best Experience at Synergy Radiology At Rouse hill. my dad was there for the CT scan.. Extremely thankful to Josh for making this experience very easy.. Very caring, extremely knowledgeable and kind human being. My dad said that we don’t meet people like Josh very often.. once again a Big Thank you for your help Josh. Today my dad recieved a call for a follow up by Josh. Thank you once again!!!
Too many staff at the front, yet no one was helpful. I waited 40 minutes with a full bladder for a simple ultrasound — I nearly peed myself. I won’t go again!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this radiology clinic. I booked an urgent ultrasound appointment over the phone, received confirmation via message, and even attached my referral with the booking. Since it was urgent, I made arrangements for someone to pick up my kids and arrived on time. However, upon arrival, I was told that they could only perform the CT scan and not the ultrasound due to staff shortages.
