I recently had a CT Coronary Angiogram at Synergy Radiology Rouse Hill village. The staff were wonderful, from reception through to the procedure. I had a booking (which is recommended) and was seen on time. Everything was explained to me in detail so that I understood what was being done for and in the angiogram. My overall experience was great in what can be a very trying time for some people. The receptionist at this clinic was very friendly, but the Korean doctor performing the imaging was rude, impatient, and took an incredibly long time to process the images, showing absolutely no sense of responsibility. I had an MRI done on Saturday, and they said the images would be ready Monday afternoon. We scheduled an appointment with the doctor for Tuesday, but on Tuesday we paid 170 yuan for the consultation and waited three hours without getting the images.
