I had a really positive experience and wanted to share. I came in feeling extremely nervous and upset about having a cortisone injection—to the point where I almost passed out from anxiety. Sharn at reception was amazing. She immediately made me feel calm, understood, and genuinely cared for. She then introduced me to Josh, who was leading the CT scanning. Very friendly team and willingness to help . I had a very positive experience with Rachel as well as another lady who performed mammogram. The team has a knack for making patients comfortable.The reception staff also went above and beyond to help follow up with my GP . Highly recommended . Keep up the good work team 💕
Absolute terrible serve from the receptionist to the sonographer. Outdated equipment, the list goes. They’re in the business for money not for care or compassionate of their clients. EDITED - I don’t think looking up my name with all my personal information was necessary. The appointment was for my pregnant wife.
