We moved to this practice around 3 years back, have been between different GPs at times with different experiences but this review I am writing is for Dr. Nathan Leung who has always been exceptional. He will listen to you patiently, do a thorough diagnosis and order urgent tests if needed. He will also call you back with test results without waiting for you to make an appointment. Dr Marta is an incredible doctor, who truly cares about her patients. She is kind, gentle and compassionate. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a GP x
No regards for patient’s time and schedule. 15-20 minutes is acceptable and cater for emergencies but today it was the second time that other patient was called 25 minutes past my appointment with me sitting and waiting not knowing how long is the wait. I had to pick kids from school and had to leave without seeing the doctor. Very disappointing. What’s even the point of appointments?
Wonderful and thorough care! Dr Marta always goes above for my family’s health. Always accommodating, and have never felt rushed. Advice given has always been accurate. Nurses are kind and considerate too.
