I bought a 2016 Subaru crosstrek from them a day after I’ve had issues with tire going low and I had them checked tires were dry rotted and had been plugged on one of them they refuse to replace tires and keep lying about it will be handled I paid them 4000 down and owe on this vehicle . Don’t buy anything from these people.
They have sold us a car that they did not service prior to selling, and did not cover the complete invoice. The day after we brought the car home, multiple lights came on on the dashboard dinging and flashing. Long story short, they assured us that they would take care of the situation and they lied. They only cut a check for part of the invoice and we still had to come out the pocket an additional $400 that we did not have.
