I had to find a new dentist for my nine-year-old daughter after going to two different places and both of her previous dentist dropped the ball. Not only when I called. They got me in within two days of calling but when I came as a new patient appointment with my daughter not only did they treat her with compassion and care. But they were able to treat her cavities same day she needed an extraction and two caps!!! These people were an absolute godsend and am grateful for how well they treated my daughter during her procedure... read more
This was my son’s first time at Roundup, and I must say I love this place! They were super professional and nice. My son was comfortable and wasn’t afraid. They have a customer until he’s too old for Round Up!
Awful experience 3/3/26 I guess this place still has not learned their lesson. My friend had an unfortunate experience with them as well pretty much the same thing that happened to me which was I had an appointment for 10 o’clock it was a procedure appointment not a cleaning appointment. I watched person after person get called before us when I finally went up to the desk and asked them what was taking so long.
