I booked them as a desert caterer for my wedding recently. I had to call them numerous times just to remind them and every time they had never heard of me or didn’t have my order. I met with them IN PERSON twice to give them an order and they lost it both times. It wasn’t up until the week of my wedding did they finally get their shit together and have my order done. The only reason I am giving them a 2 and not a 1 is because the food was good at the tasting as well as the wedding.
